Our TA2BA Educator Pathway Program serves teaching assistants, paraprofessionals, and other school-based support staff in attaining their Bachelor’s Degree and Teacher licensure. Our goal is to reinvent teacher preparation and support for historically marginalized educators, using a student-driven model of rigorous and engaged scholarship, holistic wraparound supports, and a commitment to transformative teaching & learning.
